I'm testing some ways to rig macromolecules (such as protein and DNA). I used this great script that allows me to import protein structure into Maya. The protein I eventually would like to animate is talin. The above is just a piece of talin (available from PubMed). Because the X-ray or NMR structure of full-length talin has not been achieved, I will have to get creative and use the available truncated versions.
